Tensile spring (also known as tension spring, referred to as tension spring) is a spiral spring bearing axial tension, [tensile spring is generally made of circular cross section material. In the case of no load, the ring and the ring between the stretching spring is generally tight and no gap.
Design parameters
Indicate material diameter (D), outer diameter (d), total length (Ho), number of working rings (n), position and shape of earring, load (P 1 P 2...... P I) and corresponding values (H1H2...... Hj) as shown in Figure 2. If there is initial tension, add Po as shown in Figure 2.
Tension spring, suitable for high and low temperature, corrosion resistance and other working environment, materials mainly include stainless steel spring line, carbon steel wire, oil quenching and tempering alloy spring line, high and low temperature alloy spring wire.
